SERVICE POLICY

Cantel is a service-oriented business. A lot of people can provide products but service is the key to making a job go smoother. After 50 60+ years we know that being truthful, providing prompt service and quality products for a reasonable price will bring you valued customers.

Business is often difficult and unexpected problems do come up. If we can help, we will do what ever we can to help solve those problems. It may be a rush order, ASAP shipping, a special orders or after hours pick up, we will always try to accommodate the customer.

Although ample lead time on an order is always appreciated, Cantel prides itself on delivering our products on time.

Sometimes the manufacturers we are distributors for get behind on production causing delays for everyone. In these cases we will stay in contact with you and the manufacturer so plans can be made to minimize the inconvenience and make delivery as soon as possible.

Shipping is available through UPS, Postal Service, and many major truck lines. The truck lines we deal with have extended to Cantel valuable discounts. If a freight charge is added to your order it is always billed at our cost including any discounts.
